Customer Service Representatives

Tyme Global Direct offers work-from-home opportunities on our customer service teams. We’re looking for native English-speaking and bilingual candidates with computer experience. We provide paid training.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responsibilities

  • Make survey calls, qualify and communicate with  consumers/citizens.
  • Qualify eligible prospects as well as verify and validate their information
  • Follow a set process via a script, rebuttals, and communication guidelines
  • Provide additional information to prospects, overcome objections, and transfer as per guidelines
  • Create a positive experience for  consumers/citizens
  • Ensure call records are properly stored and organized in our call center database
  • Use your selling skills, confidence, eloquence, good command of and pronunciation of the English language, warm and friendly disposition, and patience
  • Be able to sit at your work station for long hours, using your computer and wired headset, in order to interact with  consumers/citizens
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Be interested in working from home
  • Work Monday through Friday 11 AM to 9 PM MST minimum 35 hours per week, up to a maximum 40 hours per week – working 8-hour shifts per day

Technical Requirements

  • Stable and fast Internet/ fiber connect (10 up and 10 down speeds) – this is a prerequisite
  • Desktop or laptop computer with Microsoft Windows 10 or Mac – dual monitor suggested
  • NO Chromebooks
  • USB headset – this is a must (no wireless)
  • Quiet work environment with no background noises
